Return Policy

At Hunks of Metal, we want you completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please contact us within ten days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue. If a return is necessary, we will provide a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs and that custom orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

To initiate a return, please email us at hunksofmetal.info@gmail.com with the subject line "Return" and include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting us.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund or exchange status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for your return.
