Hunks of Metal is an LLC based out of Atlanta, GA. We sell handmade jewelry made from a variety of metals, including but not limited to gold, silver, and copper.

2. Products
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We make every effort to display our products' colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue. If a return is necessary, we will provide a refund or exchange. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs and that custom orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

4. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or accidents. If your product is defective, please contact us immediately, and we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping within the United States for orders over $100. For orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of $5. We ship via USPS and provide tracking information for all orders. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
